Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice and clean. The loft area was helpful for large family, however, wishing it was one level. Otherwise, quiet and convenient to everything we were looking for. Even able to walk the strip with kids without getting too tired. Great location and lovely balcony view of creek below. Added shade from trees helped with heat. Would stay here again.

Beautiful condo and large enough to accommodate our party of 6. It was close to downtown so we walked to restaurants and the Convention Center. Only problem was that part of our party arrived late on Friday and the lady in the office said they closed at 5. We got the keys and the late arrivals walked to the Convention Center where I gave them keys. Later, I think I saw where the keys could have been left in a lock box. Wish I had known that. It would have saved a lot of trouble. Thanks again. We had a wonderful stay.

The property is in an excellent location- off the beaten path on a beautiful river but in walking distance to shops and restaurants.
