For your skiing holidays or to spend our summer in Arc 1800, book this studio with a North-East facing without balcony.
This 25sq-m studio can accomodate up to 4 guests and is situated on the 2nd floor with lift of the residence Belles-Challes.
The apartment is on the ground floor from outside.
The sleeping arrangements
In the living room you'll find 1 sofa bed.
A sleeping area with 1 sofa double or 1 double bunk bed.
Please note that the top bunk bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old.
The open plan kitchen
Fully equipped with an electric hob, a fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave and an oven.
At our disposal 1 bathroom with bathtub and toilet.

THE RESIDENCE BELLES CHALLES
It's located in the Charvet's village and it communicates with the Lauzières residence.
You can put on your skis at the entrance of the residence to access the "Vagere" chairlift or the "Transarc" gondola.
The covered car park "Le Charvet" (additional charges) is available at 50 meters as well as the stop bus.
The shuttles are free and they circulate every 20 minutes the winter and every hour in the summer.
All you need is at the bottom of the residence : the Tourism Office is around 40 meters, the supermarket around 50 meters and the medical center is at the ground-floor of the building.
You'll also reach the ESF ski school about 5 minutes' walk.
