- Entrance with closet, double living area including a sleeping area with a high-quality double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a double sofa bed (140 x 190 cm), TV, dining area in a veranda opening onto a wooden terrace with garden furniture,
- Kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine.
- Bathroom with toilet.
Parties are strictly prohibited in the rental property (inside and outside).

- Horse riding on the beach, Tennis, Golf.
