If you're reading reviews to decide whether to book this place, don't hesitate! As frequent travelers, we usually stay in high-end hotels, and this one far exceeded our expectations. The hospitality was more than I could have hoped for, and the hotel truly felt like home. With Cusco's high altitude, our host's warmth and helpfulness made all the difference, which is exactly what you need as a tourist. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, so there are no worries there. It's also worth knowing that this is a family-owned hotel, which makes it even better. We trust family-run places more because the owners take real pride in their property. If I'm ever back in Cusco, I'll book here first and plan my activities around my stay. A huge thank you to the mother, her daughters, and the rest of the staff. ¡Muchas gracias!

Staff so friendly and helpful. Rooms very modern and clean. Delicious breakfast. Stored our luggage while we were in 5 day trek.

The room we had before trek was amazing. Big room and view out to road/ mountains. The room after the trek was an internal room, we could hear the shower and conversation from the next room and it was quite small, but overall our experience was very good.

Friendly helpful staff and clean big rooms.

We had no hot water the first day and our room was not at all sound proof… could hear other rooms, people in hallway, people in lobby very well.
