Perfect place to relax on the beach, access nearby groceries/restaurants, and swim in the pool. It is bare necessities at Sandpiper so make sure you have extra kitchen items like salt/pepper and laundry and dish supplies for cleaning. It was very clean, but outdated. I was nervous with little kids around all the glass tables and wall, but they did well. Friendly guests nearby and elevator and stairs easy to use. We love this place!

I love the porches overlooking the pool and beach. Everyone always seemed to be having a great time, you can see all the people on their porches hanging out and laughing- the vibe was always on point. Everything inside was clean and comfortable. Loved having the wash/dryer in the unit. We don’t have any complaints and will absolutely be staying here again. We were truly sad to leave! If I had to find something for them to improve on it would be the parking, if you get a covered spot ( if you can find an open one) you’re fine otherwise it’s very hard to park and back up and out.with how little the parking area is.

The Master bathroom toilet has flushing issues runs for a long time after flushing. mold stains in toilet. Mold in shower door track. Ceiling painting peeling and water stains. Other bathroom bolt missing from toilet so was rocky when used. Mold in shower door track. The whole condo could use a fresh coat of paint. The garbage can had dried food in the bottom of it. Master bed was hard. Kitchen was well stocked. Great location and pool area!
