Our time at the condo was fantastic and the views were amazing! This was our families first time to gulf shores and we had SO much fun. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the space. We didn’t sit on any of the couches or furniture as there were stains on all and very visible signs of use. The bed had mascara stains on the sheets and there were hairs in the sheets prior to us using that were not ours. The floors had also definitely not been cleaned/mopped in a while as our feet were covered in dirt walking barefoot. Other than that, as mentioned before, the views were amazing and you are literally feet from the beach! The pool was very clean and our son LOVED it. You’re so close to any and all great restaurants. Lastly, the staff that helped book us and answer any questions were so welcoming and so nice. We really enjoyed all that gulf shores had to offer and will absolutely be back in the future. We were so impressed with the location in the view from the balcony. It was right in the middle of everything that we wanted to be close to.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the condo was perfect. The condo itself was a little outdated. Especially the bathrooms. There were some kickplates missing in the bathroom and also in the kitchen. The drawer underneath the stove was dented and did not close properly. Some of the blinds in the second bedroom were missing. My kids had to put a towel up to keep out the light. Much to my kids disappointment was no Wifi in this condo. That was very unexpected! I have not even asked if a condo or hotel had Wifi in about 10 years. That should really be advertised better. The biggest problem was we did not have hot water for three days while we were there. Even after it was fixed, after the second day, we did have hot water our last night. Also, maintenance did not have an extra key so I had to come up from the beach to let them in and stay in the condo while they worked on it. I have let the reality company know of all of the issues.
