The location was nice. We were only 3 minutes from the train station, plus there were a good variety of shops near the hotel.
The bed was horrible. It was spacious but omg, it was so hard and uncomfortable. The mattress wasn't soft and it felt like we were sleeping on cardboard.

Super lokalizacja, kilka stacji metra w najbliższej okolicy. Spokojnie i z fajnym widokiem. Hotel czysty i wygodny. Śniadanie całkiem ok. Naprawdę miejsce godne polecenia!

The hotel is located close to several subway stations, making it easy to get anywhere in Uptown or Downtown using one of the nearby stations. The rooms are well maintained and the beds are comfortable. There is some street noise, but it is at a reasonable level.
There is an airport shuttle service to and from the airport for $70.
Overall, we stayed at the hotel for quite a few nights, and I would happily stay here again.
The breakfast does not offer much variety, although this may simply be the standard in the United States. It is exactly the same every day, and it is served with disposable plates and utensils.
Some of the staff are not particularly friendly, but they are polite. There is one older gentleman who was noticeably friendlier and more helpful.

The location was very convenient, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The cleanliness was very disappointing. We found cockroaches in the room, and there was hair from a previous guest on the towels. This made us question whether the room and towels had been properly cleaned before our arrival.
