Super-friendly people! The stay is a real inn experience with very nice rooms above the pub. My daughter and her partner were on the second floor and my wife, son, and I were on the third (top) floor. We ate in the pub and the food was exceptional! Overall, everyone in the family really enjoyed it.

Our second visit to the Swan at Topcliffe was very enjoyable. The proprietors and staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, well kept and comfortable. The breakfasts are a real treat with an ample ange of cereals , toast etc and excellent cooked options. Great evening menu with well kept beers. Love the place, great value for money and great ambience. Intend to make further visits.
