The rooms are lovely, more like a hotel room. Great bathrooms with a power shower. Maid service to clean the rooms daily and a lovely pool area. Bianca the receptionist is lovely and helpful

room good size; staff pleasant and welcoming; pool area nice
bed was not flat and was not acceptable, sleeping was hard; bathroom was not renovated to a good standard; air conditioning unit placed very strange so could not circulate air well in the room; ac very noisy; the biggest issue was the noise insulation of the room. it was very noisy at night and we were woken by other guests in the stairwell as the room connected directly to the stairwell
