Wish there were drinking glasses in the room

Mieliśmy opcję ze śniadaniami i, jakkolwiek były dobre, codziennie było dokładnie to samo do wyboru. Gdybyśmy mogli zdecydować jeszcze raz, wzięlibyśmy opcję bez śniadań - dookoła hotelu jest dużo przepysznych alternatyw.

The building is located in a fairly busy business district just about an eleven minute walk from the train station. It’s a super convenient location because there are three convenience stores about a one-three minute walk and a domino’s pizza right next to the entrance of the building. It’s also very easy to get picked up by a vehicle on the side of the building. I enjoyed the spacious facilities - I actually had plenty of space to stow my luggage and walk around. There were also free amenities in both the lobby and the rooms. My stay was comfortable.

The elevators gave me a headache. There are only two but even when avoiding check ins and check out times, the elevators take a while to arrive and sometimes they stop at empty floors you don’t even click on. I almost felt bad for the staff who had to use them to transport their materials at the same time as I and others had to use them. It took a while and got pretty crowded. Furthermore, the cleaning schedule was kind of confusing for me. At check in I was informed that every third day the staff would perform a deep clean, but even after they did when I put the signs on the bed and door, I still got woken up by the phone to be told that deep cleaning had to be done. I even stated that it had been done the day prior to no avail. It wasn’t fun rushing out to give the staff space to clean last minute, but they left the room impecable. Due to the confusion on cleaning schedules I also noticed towels piling up on the door despite not asking for any new ones or having space for them in the bathroom. It became a little overwhelming, but the staff works very hard to keep the facilities clean and that is very much appreciated.

Bed was comfortable

No closet, space for two carryon luggage, check out at 10 am- most hotels are 11 or 12. We got a call at 10:15 am asking us to check out. We were jet lagged and asked to give us 15 minutes to pack and check out by 10:30 and the staff said “5 minutes!” And just hung up the phone.
