Loaloa Garden View Maadi Hostel

I was arrived around 8PM Egypt time. My luggage has been in take care of the staff first while we process the payment, she bring it to our room. Once we arrived at our room, it was a big room with nice bed. The room have heater and aircon as the location is very near Nile River so the temperature will be below that other area. The receptionist, Reham really nice. And was surprised that we also got a big breakfast coming to our room. After all, everything is nice!

Stuff was so nice and friendly. Room area was nice and wide. Room was clean. Room service is nice. Reciption guy was so polite and helpful.

Hotel Security on the Main Gate outside asks to see my booking on the app which is not his job and Unprofessional. The Reciption Girl at the checkout is asking me to wait till she check the room which is UnProfessional. Hotel name is wrong on Booking which is Misleading. Hotel name doesn’t exist on Google Map which is misleading to reach the Hotel. The location existing on the booking app is Incorrect and not accurate which make it not reaching the hotel easily.

The place looked very nice, and the staff was super helpful.

It was far from most attractions in the city.

Staf where friendly and helping out

A booking gone wrong for one of my friend which resulted in both of us sharing one room
