Perfect location in Wells which can get very busy in summer holidays. Tucked away with great parking and space in front to sit quietly next to the sea. Short walk to all amenities. Everything we needed was there including a very comfy sofa to relax in evening. Interesting maritime family history to the place which felt like a home.First visit to Wells, very dog friendly place and beautiful harbour and loved Holkham beach nearby.

Lovely cottage excellent communication from the owner Elizabeth .The added bonus of having your own protected parking space on the quay made your life much more enjoyable.Lots to do in the area on foot and a short drive away if you wish .Wells next the sea has a lovely holiday buzz about the place whilst being picture postcard .Everything you need can be found in the seaside “town” and lovely to see independent shops butchers, bakers, hardware, greengrocers , thriving .The town is also served by a good co op supermarket and Nisa store as well as excellent cafes and pubs .Kick off the shoes , unwind and stay a while 🙂
