The hotel was very clean, and the staff were helpful and welcoming. The bus service to Al Haram every 30 minutes was very convenient and made my stay even more comfortable.
Nothing in particular. I was very satisfied with my stay and had no complaints.

Room service was just good this time, with delays in responses to calls
