Qube Hotel Bahnstadt

Design is modern and nice. Breakfast selection is good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is ok. It is not old town or central, but easy to reach. Grocery, drug stores nearby.

It seems that hotel is understaffed, and many issues are related to it. Despite the fact that I had completed the online check-in in advance, I did not receive the entry codes. I had to wait 15 minutes for the receptionist to arrive, so she could complete the check-in. Unfortunately, she did not even apologise for keeping us waiting. She said “you had to wait because we have important event tomorrow”. Oh thanks a lot! The breakfast staff seemed quite disorganised. During rush hour, there were many uncleared tables and nowhere to sit. They would promise to prepare a table for us, but then forget about it. There are coffee desk in each floor - fantastic idea! Unfortunately, lack of clean cups and lack of water.

Overall good

No in-house Parking. Street parking has to paid separately.

New facility, nice room, great breakfast buffet

Check-in laborious. Coffee and tea making facilities on landing broken. Location industrial.
