Walking up with luggage was challenging. Try to checkin when staff are available with a mini luggage conveyer to carry luggage up steep stairs

We loved the location and the room itself was clean. The breakfast was great, the staff was very friendly and the view was gorgeous! We would highly recommend it.

The most stunning location overlooking minori and the coastline. Not sure we have had breakfast with such a view before. The staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble.

Like everyone else we read about the stairs but oh boy! We are fairly fit 50 year olds and managed the 180 maybe twice a day BUT there are more to then get down to Town. You can get a taxi after the 180 steps (expensive for a short journey) or a golf buggy. Consider wisely - once at the top, you won't want to just pop down to Town on a whim. It's most certainly worth the trek but be warned. Our bad luck was the amount of mosquitoes, which are all across the coastline but we didn't consider the location would mean mosquitoe central. We were bitten constantly (not just in the evenings but afternoons too because of the fauna up high). Again - beautiful to look at but mosquitoes love it. Unfortunately even with repellant, it stopped us being able to relax outside. Rooms are nice enough. We had a basic room which was just that with a lovely view.

Failed to mention 180 steep steps to access property. Cases had to be carried up stairs as no direct car access to drop them off. Whilst one case was taken by member of staff other had to be carried by my 66 yr old husband. We had to carry both cases down stairs upon leaving. WOULD NOT HAVE BOOKED if this info had appeared in description. Also stated 250mtrs to beach but having measured was actually 800mtrs down more stairs!
