Such a friendly host. Lovely clean rooms. Air con! A beautiful breakfast with lots of fresh items. Easy free parking across the road. Would recommend.
I'm trying to think of something but couldn't find anything to dislike. A minor, minor niggle would be that you have to leave your car in a public car park, but we found it to be quiet and was safe.

For pure B&B going for shopping to Serravalle purely 10 points.

Giuseppe was absolutely amazing. Incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He made us feel at home from the moment we arrived and was always available to help with recommendations and anything we needed. The place was very clean, comfortable, and peaceful, and the overall atmosphere was warm and relaxing.
Nothing significant. The stay was very pleasant overall, and everything worked well. If anything, just small details that didn’t affect the experience.
