Location was great. Friendly staff. Big room.
Turns out there are two types of Italian plug socket and because this is an old building it has the older style. Make sure you take the thinner pronged adapter if you're traveling from abroad. If you need one there's an electrical shop a short walk away.

The staff was exceptional - so friendly, kind and helpful. Very interesting details in the hotel and our room - spiral staircase, original walls, art displayed.
Great location near the Campo.
Nothing!

Clean, comfortable, great central location.
No AC, a lot of noise at night because of its central location.
