Great location , close to slopes , quiet.
Parking a bit tight, but not too much of an issue.
Facilities top notch.
There’s a dishwasher that’s not listed , which was a nice surprise.

Great location, very close to Pleney lift and Avoriaz bus stop and only a short walk to Super Morzine lift. Place was comfortable and quiet with everything we needed. Was surprised that we had to make up the beds when we arrived, but not a big problem. Also have to strip them at the end of the stay and dispose of your rubbish in the poubelles.
We loved our stay and would definitely return.
