Location in Wales, price, cosy lounge and fire, lovely kitchen and bathroom. Welcome pack v nice, Red Cow pub next door nice and friendly.
Parking was tricky but managed to find space over the road

Really close to BikePark wales. Nice secure garden which was a total sun trap! Washing machine and clothes drier was really handy. Decor is modern and well-maintained. There was a pint of milk in the fridge and some Welsh Cakes which were a lovely touch and really appreciated! Windows upstairs could be opened at top and bottom and had blackout blinds which was fantastic.
The shower didn’t drain as fast as the water comes out the shower head so the tray kept filling with water. Also the shower curtain gets sucked into the shower cubicle so makes it feel really small!

Very clean, well looked after. Clear efforts to help those staying with well written instructions on e.g. managing heating and sorting recycling. Plenty of leaflets and guides on activities in the surrounding area. Very thoughtful.
All good. Perhaps something to make it clear where to put dogs mess in poop bags, eg small outdoor bin so as to avoid keeping with general indoor rubbish.

The property was very well presented, very clean and just an all round lovely feeling about it. The host was very helpful and answered all messages promptly.
