Very family friendly great location perfect amenities

Well managed

Home was great but arrived late at night & driveway was solid ice. Delayed response se from property manager & no real solution but told not to park on street. Took 2 days to get driveway deiced.

When we first arrived, the fireplace did not work, two lamps downstairs did not work and the dishwasher did not work and there was a leak underneath the sink. We called management the next day and they sent someone to fix those items the following day. However, we still could not use the dishwasher because the bottom rack is not the right size. The hot tub did not work one of the nights, but we managed to fix that ourselves. The dryer was extremely slow, so it was hard to do laundry. Then on our last night, the garage smelled like burning plastic and then the hot water stopped working. We alerted management, but no one ever responded to me about the hot water. Overall a nice home and great location, but it requires a lot of maintenance!
