Lost reception a number of times and called the front desk to correct problem.

Nice resort. Condo is dated. Recommend for families

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon check-in, we discovered that our reservation was made for 6 days, even though we paid for 7. No amount of proof mattered to the staff. They refused to correct the situation until AFTER contacting Maui Condos instead of calling them while we were checking in. Disturbing and unprofessional. The condo itself was okay, but the patio doors did not work smoothly and kept the air conditioner from running until we tried several times to get them closed correctly. The air conditioning stopped working completely on the last two days of our visit.
