We love staying here and our dog always enjoys the big backyard to run it. While we prefer to stay on the water, this is a very fast drive or a quick walk to Backwater Jacks where we like to dock our boat. Convenient to Food Lion as well! Also, the yard is shaded which is nice during the hot months like July! We will definitely return!

This property was everything we wanted and needed. The house was cozy, the beds comfortable, plenty of linens for the bath( traveling with girls) and the kitchen was wonderful…so well stocked and well thought out. The only things we needed were our own bar soap and a box of tissues (I get that). The freezer quit working but it kept ice cold enough for 24 hrs. Apparently power surges were to blame. The yard was great and the dogs spent a lot of time sniffing and checking the neighbors pups. Patty was responsive to all questions. If we do this again…it will be at the Tilted Cottage for sure.

We had a wonderful stay in this cottage in Little Washington! The cottage is extremely clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. Our schnauzers loved the huge, fenced-in yard. The location is within walking distance of the waterfront, Estuarium, restaurants, and breweries. The owner, Patty, was top-notch in terms of prompt communication and addressing questions. Highly recommend this property!!
