Great location, high standard, all the utilities in place; very comfortable for 6 - 7 people; close proximity to the beach, restaurants, local shops, rental places, supermarkets, tennis courts, and more. Most importantly, exceptional service!
The only two improvements in the villa I would recommend introducing are some mosquito nets in the windows and door locks for the rooms and bathrooms - however, if retrofitting is not an option, a couple of door stops would solve the issue.
