The host was very responsive. Location is great and convenient. The building is older and dated. Construction taking placing in some areas. There was an extraction unit on a flat bed truck outside the building that ran 24/7. It made being on the balcony quite loud. There was a small dog in the unit across the hall that barked constantly and most of the night. The bathroom tub and shower is old and has mold between some of tiles and caulking. Other than the shower, the condo was very clean. The bed was comfortable.Comparatively for the area, the price is lower so just understand what you are getting.

Everything was excellent about this apartment.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
