Beautiful condo with lovely view of the Gulf. We had no issues during the stay. Pool attendant woman one day was a bit argumentative and rude, so that was off-putting.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our month was really good..weather was great and we were very comfortable in 1912....but due to the continual elevator problems we will not go back to South Seas. It seemed obvious they were concerned about the cost, meaning that they probably don’t have adequate reserves.

We purchased a Keurig Coffee maker for our time there andbrought it back with us. The toaster we purchased we left there. Theproperty was clean but could use a good Deep Clean!

One of the best views you will find! The unit is adequately furnished, though nothing overly nice. The owner should clear out closets to make space for renters. We could never get the microwave to work. The most disappointing point of the rental was the lack of cleanliness. Sheets, pillows, pillowcases, comforters, etc..., were stained and unusable - We purchased bedding in order to make it useable. The floors were dirty which required our sweeping and mopping. Once we whipped the unit into shape we ended up extending our stay it's not all bad.
