Położony nad Tuńczyka klubu na rogu Crescent i Maiden Lane, jesteś blisko do wszystkiego, czego potrzebujesz ... w tym oceanie. Nowy dywan, farby i urządzeń w 2012 roku i nowe meble pokojowe w 2013 roku. Sypialnia z łóżkiem i wanną oraz 2 sypialni z dwoma łóżkami i WC znajdują się na górnym poziomie / dziennym. 2. Kapitan apartament z łóżkiem i wanną są na niższym poziomie i ma własną pozycję. Istnieją dwa telewizory 42 cali z płaskim ekranem z odtwarzaczem Blu-Ray DVD, a także WiFi, ale kto potrzebuje technologii, kiedy należy po prostu usiąść i cieszyć się widokiem! Dom czynsze na nocne podstawie (minimum 2 nocy, święta i wybranych terminach wy����czonych; minimum 3 noce w połowie czerwca do Labor Day). Ceny różnią się przez tydzień i mogą ulec zmianie. Ceny nie obejmuj�� czyszczenie jednorazową opłatę za pościel, a 12% City of Avalon podatku na użytkowanie i opłat przetwarzania.

View is incredible, exactly as expected. Host was accommodating and responsive. Kitchen had everything needed for our stay.

The view from the front balcony and living room was beyond spectacular!!! 8 adults sat comfortably on the balcony with a birds eye view of the July 4th festivities, including the harbor dinghy parade and the fireworks. The house was clean, with a slight musty odor. Seating in the living room easily accommodated our group, with newer comfy couches and swivel seats so all seats can take in the view. The bedrooms were comfortable, with two showers, two toilets and three sinks/counters.Our issues were a quirky TV connection, a table lamp in the living room had a cut cord, the power reclining couch was not connected, and the hot water took over 15 minutes to heat, and then you had a choice between almost scalding or cold. Very difficult to regulate. It was well stocked with beach chairs, toys, and games. Overall a great place to enjoy Catalina!

Great view and perfect location, but that’s where the good stops. This is not a 3 bed 3 bath as advertised. It’s a 3 bed 2.5 bath with one of the bedrooms and bathrooms only accessible from the outside. “Private entrance” means it does not connect to the rest of the house unless you walk outside and up a flight of stairs. I thought private entrance meant it had a side door that also went to the outside of the house, not that it was a stand alone basement unit. With children traveling with us, this became an issue. Also, upstairs (the main living) had only one shower which wouldn’t turn on, leaving the only shower downstairs. We had to leave the main living quarters and go outside to go use the standalone bedroom/bathroom combo to shower. Lastly, the sink and dishwasher started leaking while we were there. I reported the issue but never heard back. Although the view was great, I will not be staying here again.
