House was extremely clean and well equipped. It’s a perfect location for kids to ride their bikes and go for hikes! Would love to return next year!

Great location. Clean, quiet complex, will come stay here again. Cozy.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a family of four stay for a long weekend of mountain biking, hiking and generally playing in Mammoth. This place had everything we needed, and was clean and well cared for. We really appreciated the garage access, as we could store our bikes and lake toys there, rather than always locking them to the car. We eat in for most meals so the full kitchen and gas grill on the deck were great to have available.

Overall the unit was well equipped with supplies, however a few blankets during the winter would be nice. The hot tubs were not working which was unfortunate during ski season. They should be maintained and ready for ski season!
