We had a wonderful time here. The front room with the fireplace was our favorite spot in the house. Very cozy. The view was beautiful and the couches were comfortable.

We bought our 3 teen girls and their best friends on a holiday trip to ski & see snow. Many of them had never seen it. This house was perfect for what we needed. The teens only complaint was the wifi didn't work very well so they had to disconnect from the tv and phones more often. haha. They survived. The master bed was SUPER comfy! The house was beautiful and the location was amazing.

The house is nice.
The A/C did not work.
There were several lights that did not work. One important one was where you entered the property. It was at the back of the house and it was REALLY dark.
Location, for me, was not great. It was a bit of a drive to Boone and Blowing Rock where there are things to do. Not much to do in the immediate area.
It’s right up from the road so you can hear vehicle noise.
The creek below was pretty. I liked the gated entrance into the neighborhood.
