The unit was well stocked with towels and beach gear. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary items for cooking/eating. Great views from the balcony- shaded in the morning and evening. Laundry down the hall was easy. Never a wait even during the busy week. We read earlier reviews that there was construction noise. We didn't hear any construction. I would recommend this to families with kids. Convenient location to restaurants and shopping. We had a minor issue with the bath tub that was fixed immediately. Only downside is the physical keys needed to move around and in/out of the property. Wish the condo association would update to using key cards or key pads.
