We had a wonderful time in Mario’s spectacular house in Glendale. The photos do not do justice to the house – no photos could! The views are amazing, stretching from downtown LA to the hills that have the Hollywood sign and the Griffith Observatory on the southern side, and the various film studios of Burbank. The house is perfectly situated up in the hills of Glendale, just outside of Burbank, and only minutes from I5, with access south to everything LA has to offer. Downtown Burbank with Warner Bros, Disney and Universal studios are 15 to 25 minutes away. The house itself has 4 generous double bedrooms – we used them all as we are a family of 5, with 3 adult children! The kitchen, dining and lounge areas are all open plan and look out on to the extensive deck and pool area. There are a number of TVs that have a vast number of channels and apps available. The house was well and fully furnished with everything that you need for your stay. Mario was a super host, with great and swift comms throughout the booking, checking in and the period of our stay. We would absolutely highly recommend this house and Mario to anyone looking at an amazing house in Glendale, LA. And we hope to return to the house soon, too!

The host was fantastic! The house was beautiful. I was worried when I saw the photos that it would be on the smaller side, but the home is very spacious and well maintained. The hot tub did not have a chemically smell which was an absolute bonus! Mario was very nice and responded quickly when we had questions about the property. The house rules were very reasonable. My party and I will 100% be staying there again! Thank you Mario for the wonderful stay!

Had a wonderful experience only thing I would say is the coyotes or extremely loud and a bit much but it's nature so all good

Had everything we needed to make meals, pool was fantastic, quiet with a wonderful view. Very clean with lots of amenities. Responsive property manager.
