Our group enjoyed this property. Cozy living area with the Roku tv/apps to allow for music. Property management company was very accommodating. We asked for additional fans and had them delivered within a day of our stay. The property has dedicated parking, which was very helpful when unloading vehicles. The house is located within walking distance of a grocery store, restaurants and bars. Our group was very pleased with this location.

I would definitely recommend this property. Convenient location, well kept and comfortable for our group of 6.

This property was great. There was 10 of us and it accommodated all of us easily. The bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen areas were clean. Because we love to cook as a family the only suggestion I made was to have more of a variety of cooking utensils available and also for use of the grill. The patio was lovely at night and we were able to sit out. We didn't have any problems with the Internet, securing the property upon entry or leaving and it was in a great location. Definitely within walking distance to the grocery store, plenty of local eateries and even a park. Easily access to the expressway and Universal Studios. If we ever visit North Hollywood again, we will definitely consider staying at this property. The owner was very responsive and accommodating if we needed anything. Lastly, there is definitely enough parking space on property for 2 cars and if more than 2, plenty of street parking. Metro accessible also.

Me and my family just had our end of Summer Vacation Trip and we had some disappointments with some issues in the home. Sergey is really quick to reply to rent his gone home anything with money instant reply any problems NO Reply Iam totally disappointed I. His customer Service Thank Goodness for Matt the Home Away Host. He was good. They are building across the street the noise is SOO LOUD starts at 7am. Thankfully we had a good vacation. The house is nice but has some air conditioning issues and a huge wasp nest with tons of wasps so we could not access the backyard they did send the housekeeper to remove it but poor guy he was scared and very young. Hopefully Sergey will give quicker responses and handle the issues for the next guests.
