Central Station Garibaldi

Don't be put of by the outside appearance of this apartment block. Once in the apartment everything is really nicely finished to a high standard and very clean. We spent 4 nights here and were very comfortable. Our hosts looked after us well and came in each morning at 8am to provide a typical Italian breakfast consisting of tea/coffee and pastries, cereal etc. We had our own set of keys to come and go as we wanted. This apartment is ideal for location as its literally a 5 minute walk form Naples central train station. You can catch the airport bus in and out of Naples Central at a cost of about £5 each way. Easy to book and use. The only thing that shocked us was the amount of rubbish and graffiti on the streets. Coming in from Rome that was so much cleaner we were not prepared for this. However, it was still a great place to do all the sights like Pompei, mount Vesuvius and the Amalfi coast from. Local pick up points were only minutes away. Would recommend it as a place to base yourself if your going to tour around during your stay.

The local area is not very clean which was a shock but this is Naples generally, and does not reflect the accommodation at all

It was clean and very quiet atmosphere. Breakfast was very good. They also supply basics needed for a day to day use in the kitchen area.

The elevator didn’t stop on my floor. That’s a minus point for me.

The outside dies not represent in any way what you get inside which is a modern, fresh apartment. Breakfast was served by the hosts who are very helpful and friendly our room was a good size

The walls are pretty thin, we could hear the TV from the next room The location is good but is not that pleasant

Not an easy place to find and in quite a dodgy area (Garabaldi) if you are arriving in the dark! Only stayed for one night as we were catching the train to Rome the next day.
