The hotel is in a prime location close to the train station. Lots of shops around. Staff very helpful and friendly. Bed comfortable and I slept well.
Don’t really have any complaints.

Friendly staff, clean and excellent locaation
No ironing facility but Ercan, a member of staff who was present was very kind to sorted it for me. Thank you!

Central location. Friendly staff — we had a very late check-in, literally in the morning of the check-out day, as our flight was delayed by 1.5 hours – administrator allowed us to stay in the room for an additional 45 minutes after the official check-out time free of charge.
The room was clean, and the Wi-Fi worked well.
Because of the central location, there is noticeable noise outside, and the hotel has weak sound insulation.
