Condo was very nice but did show some signs of age. We ended up buying a new shower liner and some towels because the liner in the bathroom was moldy and the towels were thin. With a toddler in our group that was important to us. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

The place is nice, but the views are amazing! The living space was good with a nice sized kitchen. The living area and dining was good. The couch was uncomfortable, apparently it turns into a bed. We didn’t use that. The dish set in the kitchen was cheap. The pans and stuff adequate. Great washer and dryer. The bath towel sets were not good at all- rough and sized for a child. The property was well maintained and the pools very nice. Beach set up was great with two chairs and umbrella! Only one hot tub had jets working. The elevators were fast and parking very good. Overall I give 5 stars but nit picky on a few details.

suggestions I would have is more than one trash bag and more than 2 dishwasher pods. Bare bones supplies. Otherwise loved the unit. ( 2nd bedroom mattress could be better). Views amazing.

The condo size was awesome. No issues with having to wait for an elevator which can be an issue when going to PCB during prime season. Pools were also awesome….. we had double or single red flags during our entire stay so we used the pools a lot. No issues with the gate code to get into the parking lot and pool/ocean access. We loved that we had an assigned parking. Our only complaint was the cleanliness of our unit. We felt because of the fast turnover the cleaning crew did the bare minimum. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we got there. The washing machine was disgusting! The rubber seal was covered in mold! I cleaned the outside and inside of the rubber seal and what came off of it was beyond nasty! The dryer was full of sand…. Which makes me think the last people to stayed dried dirty towels full of sand and there was a pair of men’s underwear still in it. My husband had to clean out the filter in the washing machine because our clothes smelled moldy after washing them and when he did, the whole area smelled like rotten eggs. I doubt the filter had ever been cleaned. The shower also needed a good cleaning (with bleach) to get rid of the mold starting to build up. Also there was not a TV remote for the master bedroom. Overall we loved the Gulf Crest facility, but I hope the unit we stay in next time is cleaner. If I was the owner of this unit, I would not be happy to know the cleaning crew was destroying my unit by not cleaning it properly.
