Perfect size for family of 6. Very close to the beach and great deck space with partial ocean views.

Clean, comfortable beach house. Everything you need for a week at the beach. Dan was great to communicate with.
Only downside for us (may not matter to others) is that we didn't know, before booking, that linen service is not included. Tenants must make up their own beds then wash, fold and put away any linens/towels used before checking out. I consider this a flawed system since you are relying on prior tenants for the cleanliness of the linens. Additionally, the washer and dryer are located in the basement which is only 5 feet tall.
If we were local, I would have brought my own linens or just booked another property.

This was our third or staying at this property. It gets better and better each year. Great location to the beach especially with children and communication with Dan is very easy. We will definitely be back!

I will never stay in another place that makes me make a bed or launder mismatched gray sheets and towels in a basement with 5' spider web ceilings. Horrible. We got in at 3 AM and had to make a bed. :-(
There was one roll of TP for the entire week.
There may be folks that are okay with these rules,. We'll never do this again
