The hotel parking was nearby and easy to use. The location is great and we booked a larger room on the 5th Floor which was very comfortable and modern. The cafe next door provided the breakfast .

Excellent location clean and good breakfast. The breakfast is in the coffee place downstairs and their coffee is very good. I liked the even though the room was small there was still a small table.

The room was on the small side and it was hard to go in and out of one of the beds. Night table only for one bed.

Although I only stayed one night, I really enjoyed my stay. The room exceeded my expectations, was very roomy (did they upgrade me?) and the cedar-lined bathroom was beautiful. It was very convenient, just a short walk from the JR Takayama station. The breakfast was conveniently located at the cafe right next door. You were offered many choices, and everything was presented beautifully. The coffee was delicious and they even provided alternative milks.

The breakfast was definitely geared toward westerners. I wish there were Japanese options as well.

A modern and very comfortable hotel, perfectly located close to both the train station and Takayama’s charming old town. We were upgraded and our room was excellent — spacious, stylish and very comfortable. A special thank you to Tasaki for her kindness, attentiveness and wonderful service, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
