The Pesaren Ubud

Couldn’t recommend this place enough! The staff are so so kind, friendly and have amazing customer service! The rooms are clean, comfortable and relaxing. Short walk from the centre. Breakfast is lovely and fresh! Also get a welcome drink on arrival! 😀

Really amazing staff. They were kind, welcoming and went above and beyond to help. It was also tucked away and in a peaceful and very serene location. Grabs are easy to get from the road side and there are a few restaurants very close and a good laundry opposite. Price reflects the amenities and age. It suited my teens and I for what we needed. Ubud centre is walkable.

Pool and rooms were great, breakfast was good.

The staff were very nice and polite, which made the stay pleasant. Breakfast was included and was actually pretty good. The pool was clean, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.

However, I booked this hotel for two days specifically to get away from the busy street and catch up on sleep, and unfortunately that didn’t happen. There was a rooster nearby that woke me up every morning around 4 a.m. and again at 6 a.m. Even though I’m usually a heavy sleeper, the noise was impossible to ignore, so this place may not be suitable for light sleepers. Another downside was that the rooms had a slightly strange smell, similar to an old or musty odor.
