Mai Place Homestay

I really liked the homestay experience! The host was really warm and friendly and helped me to figure out my itineary in Nihn Binh, recommending certain key attractions that were worthwhile to see and were not as popular with tourist. She was incredible helpful in helping me to figure out plans and to understand the local environment better. She also accomodated to my last minute request to extend an additional night in my room and to help cook a breakfast despite me coming down slightly late for breakfast.

I wished that the entrance sign was more prominent and had clearer directions to the place, as the property is situated in one of the side road, it was a little bit difficult to know it was the place upon arriving.

Staying at Mai Place Homestay was lovely! The room was perfect, clean, with a mini fridge, two comfortable double beds, good AC, good Wi-Fi, good bathroom. Location is so good, two minutes away from a main street. So you have many services and things to do but at the same time ypu have privacy. And Anh is the best host in Vietnam! 10/10 experience

We had a really pleasant stay at Mai Place HomeStay. The girl who runs the place is incredibly kind and helpful, and she is always happy to assist with anything you need, whether it’s booking a bus, renting a bicycle or arranging a motorbike. The room was clean and comfortable, with a very comfortable mattress and pillows. The bathroom is spacious, and there is also a fridge in the room, which is very convenient for keeping drinks or anything else cold. Breakfast is à la carte, with several options to choose from, and everything we tried was very good. We had the pancakes and the omelette with eggs and tomato, and we highly recommend both. Another big plus for me was the coffee. It’s not instant coffee — they actually prepare it themselves, which makes a big difference, especially for someone who considers good coffee an important part of breakfast.

Lovely, clean and quiet room in a great location. Real standout were those working there who took time to explain the area and made sure we were looked after. Bike rental was also great.
