Friendly staff, location, beautiful historic interiors, and a swimming pool, steam room, and jacuzzi.
The breakfasts were limited and repetitive. The only hot dish available was scrambled eggs… And absolutely no vegetables!!! This is very strange! It’s the first time I’ve stayed somewhere that doesn’t serve any vegetables at all for breakfast!
The water in the jacuzzi is too cold and doesn’t heat up.

Was good, the staff was very nice and helpful, the pool was nice, and the castle was a really incredible experience.

Staff were friendly and helpful
The double bed was squeaking so I would wake up all night with the noise every time I moved in my sleep.

Location was great. Pool was nice, beautiful pictures. Great terrace on the roof for views. Breakfast was nice.
Rooms were a bit dated. Was not as the pictures described. The faucet was broken. The shower head did not stand up. There was old left over soap bar from prior guest. Strange but a loud alarm went off at the front desk at 4am. Me and another guest were left trying to turn it off and were able to muffle the sound a bit so we could sleep.
