Incredible place for family vacation. Great location, fantastic crew, excellent attention and amazing food. Add to that perfect cleanness, daily exchanged towels and bed sheets, minibar fulfilled daily (included in all inclusive option) and you will get the best recipe for fantastic holidays.
There is a need to improve management of the availability of the tables for meals. It's quite unusual to wait in the cue for > 25 minutes to receive table on the buffet area.

Your staff were very nice, especially the guys working the beach area
I will not be returning because of one thing only, “the food”, we found it to not be that good. Kitchen area in Sunset restaurant was dirty on the glass and kitchen area. Food most times in the buffet was cold. Drinks always seemed watered down. Not good enough to come again!!
