nice hertage building converted into hotel but little cramped as not originally build for hotel but overall well organised. rest rooms were little small but rooms were spacious. felt little over priced for the property

Could have been more choice of breakfast, especially for overseas visitors.
Lack of places to sit and relax. In the evening it would have been nice to be able to sit and relax with a drink.

Good location near best restaurants. Beds were comfortable and good shower.
It feels a let down on arrival, not as grand as it appears on their photos. There is a new build hotel attached to the left!
The breakfast is not very exciting, the fresh fruit was warm and unappetising and nobody serving. You have to ask for everything even the cutlery sometimes!
Poorly trained staff who don’t anticipate customer needs at all.
