The staff was super helpful and nice, very attentive with us. The breakfast was tasty and I liked that they served fresh fruits every morning. The room was clean and quiet. Nice facilities. Bright and comfortable reception.
1. Location - it's a nice neighbourhood but takes a bit of time to reach the city center (Fort Kochi).
2. They did not have a hair drier in the room (but you can request one).

Management and staff were absolutely impeccable, polite, attentive and helpful! Stayed here for two weeks with my wife and were felt welcome from day one. Very knowledgeable in terms of the local attractions and public transport and links travelling around Kerala. Customer seems paramount, will definitely be back!
