istanbul Airport Kumsal Otel

Cute little hotel right on the beach. Very helpful and nice staff. I used their transfer and it was on time and convenient. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay for a night during layover, this is a good option away from the busy airport. Dinner was good as well.

Smoking was allowed in some rooms, some of the smell penetrated through.

I liked the location. I used for an overnight stay to come and go back to the hotel. I wanted to stay at the Black See, which is e.g. 30 min. drive. The hotel provided an airport pick up and return for 70 euro in a luxury minibus. It was still better price than taking an airport hotel. That was a good an accurate service. I enjoyed the look to the see from the balcony and a nice walk in the morning along the coast. I did not ask for breakfast, but it looked good. I think this is just good for this type of overnight stay.

With open window it was noisy due to the flight traffic. The condition of the bathroom was acceptable and looked clean, but do not expect too much. There is no elevator, only a narrow staircase, which was not a problem for me, but those with big luggages it could be.
