What a great and spechius appartment, true to photoes, very close to the metro and lots of shops, pubs, restorants and good bakeries around.

Had only one problem the last night, the elivator was out... Had to walk up 5 flights of stairs and walk down with our lugedge.

Fantastic location in a great district that had an abundance of great shops and places to eat. We felt safe in the area at all times and it was very friendly for us and our children walking and playing in the area.

Everything was near perfect. It was clean but not sparkling. For us it was great.

Awesome location! Super huge apartment for Paris and for location! Loved the view from our top floor!

A/C doesn't circulate in downstairs bedroom so it gets warm in there. And the A/C wasn't very powerful overall. Also the sofa and sitting chair were really small so there wasn't much room to sit around. There were chair around eating table.

Views are spectacular. Layout of the apartment is nice with bed downstairs and up in the mezzanine. Beautiful and vibrant neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and cafes.

Owner/host was incredibly rude. Either didn’t respond to messages or if he did was extremely rude and aggressive. Made the whole stay very stressful. Property looks great in photos and parts are lovely but it is less polished in person. Raised and broken floorboards which haven’t been repaired cause a significant hazard in the entrance to the bedroom. They are unavoidable to get into the room and My daughter ended up with a significant cut. Bathrooms are worn and dirty. The owner just ignored me when I raised the issue over the floorboards and general safety. Would not recommend staying here.
