The breakfast was excellent.
The view from our room was amazing.
Grounds were beautiful.
Parking off street would be a great improvement.
Electric room locks took some getting used to .

Beautiful house filled with antiques yet despite its age it has a/c
Horrible communication. We received no code to access the house and room despite arriving after check-in time. Host did not answer doorbell, phone calls or messages via booking.com when we attempted to reach him to gain entrance. Eventually rang doorbell again and housekeeper answered and put us in touch with Simon, the host. Host answered her calls. Ours went straight to voicemail. This might have been some technical problem with the host’s phone system but it certainly got our stay off to a bad start.
