Excellent location within a 5 minute walk to restaurants and shops. Strong AC in each room. Apartment was quiet and bed was comfortable. Also simply but tastefully decorated.
Nothing really. People should know there are about 8 stairs to climb to get to the unit.

it is fully furnish and can be use as self catering, otherwise great location.
There is a walking distance for free public parking which is a bonus
Size is just perfect for what we need. Well secured as double lock.

The location is very good, close to the city center.
We were a 3 persons family. We had a twin bed and a sofa. The sofa was not prepared for a third person. Also the sofa is very old and uncomfortable.
AC in the bedroom is very very noisy if you want to use it. If not, it is oke.
There is a bad smell in the bathroom. The fridge, the washing machine are old.
The pictures are nice on Booking.com but reality is different.
The room price is very high comparing with a hotel. We stayed before in a hotel for a lower price (including breakfast}.
I would not recommend the apartment.
