Location
The impressive coastal town of Son Serra de Marina is part of the municipality of Santa Margalida. Although it is one of the most popular areas of the island for wave lovers, this small resort is little known and attracts lovers of surfing and adventure sports. It's a small fishing town with few tourists and locals in a family atmosphere. You will find basic services such as some restaurants, shops, a pharmacy and a municipal library. The nearby beach, about 400 meters long, offers coarse-grained sand, rocks and shallow crystalline waters. A short distance away you will find other natural beaches such as “Son Real” beach and in the opposite direction “Sa Canova”. Location and villa stunning.
When faced with a major medical crisis the owner and team were really helpful .
Always quick to respond and help,
Great local info proved on arrival but maybe having this in the villa in a booklet would be easier.
Regarding the villa the only downside was local building work which completely spoiled the tranquility of the location which was our main reason for booking
Kitchen could also be a bit better equipped as quite a few basics like cutting board , bread board etc missing
All in all a great place
