Numa Paris Zola

The location was really good. It is within walking distance of two different metro stations and overall in a nice area with lots of nice stores around for pastries, cheese etc. The room was a good size for two people and the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The property also felt safe and had good access control. I also enjoyed the free luggage storage for before and after check out. the neighbourhood is quiet at night which we enjoyed.

There was no air conditioning and this upset me because when I looked at the listing originally on bookings.com and on Numa’s app specifically - it stated there was an aircon however when we arrived there was no such aircon and the listing detail has since changed which I felt was not very transparent. I don’t think I would have booked it if I knew there was no aircon. There is a ceiling fan and this did help but I can imagine if it is summer, it would be too unbearably hot in the room to sleep. As an apology - we got two free cold drinks which was unfortunately not enough to make up for the lack of aircon and transparency .The hotel is also nearby a primary school and it is quite noisy outside in the morning but this did not bother us too much.

Location was fabulous, walking distance to all major landmarks. The apartment was well equipped with everything you would need for a self cater break

No air con, The fan in the living room was sufficient but the one in the bedroom was appalling! Whilst Numa provided complimentary water and soft drinks this didn’t help with the heat!! Although if you were staying in lower temperatures I would highly recommend (it was 30°+ when we stayed)
