Location was great. 10 min walk to Shinsaibashi street. 7-11 a 1 min walk. Beds were comfortable. Shower fantastic & heating in bathroom to dry clothes very handy. Yui the host left us some French Biscuits as a treat box, very thoughtful. Coffee & tea available.
The photos don’t represent the current state of apartment. Floor in main living area & hallway are dirty & black marks on walls. Needs a bit of love.

Great central location with easy access to multiple lines.
Clean apartment with everything we needed as a family of 4.

Had everything you need - TV, Wifi, laundry/dryer, large living space, kitchen with everything
Location may be restricted for some if you don't like walking to get to major train lines

Cozy room, cozy beds. Very thick comforter ☺️
Washing machine and clothes line on the balcony.
A guide booklet which explained how to use everything and even suggested some locations of interest was on the table. Snacks were also provided, very sweet of Yui-san.
Shower room did not have a lock that I could find.
TV was a little smaller than I'm used to but that's just a nitpick.
Shopping district down the street might be a little seedy at night...
