Good location within walking distance of nice restaurants and shops. Rooftop area that has a relaxing atmosphere. Comfortable bed and stylish decor.

Despite the stylish decor, was a slightly bit tired and could do with a little refresher and a super clean

I had 2 nights but on 2 different reservations so I had to change rooms that was a pain

Breakfast was good and they serve very good portions, you do need to pay a supplement to have a main dish as breakfast. I was disappointed that they didn't have decaf coffee available.

The hotel looks great in photos and it does have a nice decor; however, the noise from other rooms or the stairs is so loud. You can hear absolutely everything. I was really surprised that the hotel have not invested in sound proofing (without making huge modifications to the building as it is listed). The rook was a metal roof, the toilet seat did not have a soft close, the sink was in the bedroom so it gets so noisy if someone gets up at night to go to the toilet and then wash their hands. The pillows are very high and hard, we asked reception for a different type of pillow and the lady at reception wasn't great at managing our request, we eventually got other pillows. She did say that other guests have complaint and they have been given towels to use them as pillows!

The location was great, nice neighborhood very walkable. The Continental breakfast was a nice surprise.

We were initially put on the ground floor with a room that you could see directly from the entrance, they tried to tell us this was an upgrade because it had an outdoor space, it also only had a double bed. I complained and they moved us to the 4th floor (no elevator) not good for someone with a recent knee replacement. The room was fairly spartan and for a hotel in Mexico where the water is questionable we receive only 2 complimentary 330 ml bottles for the 4 days we were there. The hotel arranged our transport to the airport, the car was less than clean and beaten up and the driver delivered us to the wrong terminal even though we told him the terminal number, twice.
